Our quality control details for blister trays
Incoming Material Inspection
We ensure that purchased raw materials, such as plastic sheets and masterbatches, meet specified chemical composition, thickness, color, and physical property standards. We control source quality through supplier certification, COA (Certificate of Approval) review, and random sampling inspections.
Mould & Equipment Maintenance Check
Before production, the blister forming mold, cutting mold and blister machine are thoroughly inspected and maintained to ensure the mold is free of damage and clean, and the equipment operating parameters (such as temperature and vacuum degree) are set correctly to ensure product molding accuracy and consistency.
First Article Inspection
Before formal mass production, the first or first batch of blister trays produced will be subject to detailed size, appearance, and functionality inspections. Check that the product dimensions are consistent with the engineering drawings and that there are no defects such as burrs, shrinkage, and deformation.
In-Process Inspection
During the production process, quality control personnel regularly inspect the production line and conduct random inspections. These inspections primarily focus on product appearance, wall thickness uniformity, dimensional stability, and the presence of impurities and bubbles, ensuring that any production anomalies are promptly identified and corrected.
Final Inspection
Before packaging, all finished products undergo a final, comprehensive inspection to ensure that each blister tray meets customer requirements and company quality standards. This process typically includes checking product quantity, packaging integrity, and label accuracy.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before shipment, we conduct a final sampling inspection on the packaged goods. This step is to confirm that the packaging, labeling, and quantity of the goods are correct, ensuring that the products remain intact during transportation and are delivered accurately to customers.
These eight quality control steps effectively ensure that our blister trays are perfectly adapted to the needs of our customers in diverse environments. However, our quality control for blister trays goes far beyond this.
